About Me

I have been teaching since 2004 and I LOVE it!  My favorite part of teaching is seeing all those little minds developing and thinking in new ways.  I graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Elementary Education.  I am a Kindergarten/First Grade teacher and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my little guys! I often loop with my kiddos so this blog will talk about my experiences, lessons, and fun with both K and 1 kiddos.

I am married to the most wonderful, caring, giving man in the world!  He is my best friend.  We have 4 beautiful kids of our own. Needless to say, we stay pretty busy at all times.  We love traveling, amusement parks, movies, camping, sports, the beach, the mountains, and just being together (especially when all the kiddos are getting along with each other).

On a funny note..........My youngest was actually born in the front seat of my car!  After it happened, my car was an absolute mess so I called a local radio station for some help.  It was a really funny phone call.  You can hear the brief (but hilarious) phone call by clicking HERE!
